This training kit has three kegel balls of different weights, diameter and lengths to build muscles at your own pace. Kegel ball exercises help to strengthen a woman's pelvic floor muscles, improving vaginal health while bringing sexual benefits and satisfaction. Each kegel ball is equipped with a silicone string to easily take out the ball after use.
